How to do Sit-Ups
- Lie on your back, knees bent, feet anchored or flat on the floor.
- Hands at your temples or crossed on your chest — not yanking your neck.
- Curl your torso up until your chest reaches your knees, then lower under control.
Neck pulls and half-ups. If your hands drag your head forward, your abs didn't do the work.
