Reverse Crunches

The lower-ab counterpart. Hips do the curling, not the arms.

How to do Reverse Crunches

  1. Lie on your back, hands at your sides, knees bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Pull your knees toward your chest and curl your hips off the floor.
  3. Lower your hips back down slowly — no dropping.
Where reps get stolen

Leg swings. Kicking your legs for momentum lifts your hips without your abs ever contracting.
