How to do Reverse Crunches
- Lie on your back, hands at your sides, knees bent at 90 degrees.
- Pull your knees toward your chest and curl your hips off the floor.
- Lower your hips back down slowly — no dropping.
Leg swings. Kicking your legs for momentum lifts your hips without your abs ever contracting.
