How to do Sumo Deadlift

  1. Take a wide stance, toes out, grip inside your legs.
  2. Get your hips low, chest up, shins vertical against the bar.
  3. Spread the floor with your feet and stand to full lockout.
Where reps get stolen

Hips rising early. If your hips pop up before the bar leaves the floor, it's a stiff-leg in a wide costume.
