How to do Sumo Deadlift
- Take a wide stance, toes out, grip inside your legs.
- Get your hips low, chest up, shins vertical against the bar.
- Spread the floor with your feet and stand to full lockout.
Hips rising early. If your hips pop up before the bar leaves the floor, it's a stiff-leg in a wide costume.
