How to do Incline Push-Ups

  1. Set your hands on a bench, box, or bed edge, shoulder-width apart.
  2. Walk your feet back until your body is one straight line.
  3. Lower until your chest touches the edge, then press up to lockout.
  4. As it gets easy, pick a lower surface. Floor is the finish line.
Where reps get stolen

Hips piking up. The incline is supposed to reduce the load, not remove your core from the rep.
