How to do Incline Push-Ups
- Set your hands on a bench, box, or bed edge, shoulder-width apart.
- Walk your feet back until your body is one straight line.
- Lower until your chest touches the edge, then press up to lockout.
- As it gets easy, pick a lower surface. Floor is the finish line.
Hips piking up. The incline is supposed to reduce the load, not remove your core from the rep.
