How to do Barbell Row
- Hinge to about 45 degrees, bar hanging at arm's length, back flat.
- Pull the bar to your lower ribs, elbows driving back.
- Lower to a full hang without your torso standing up.
The stand-up row. Each rep gets 10 degrees more upright until you're doing shrugs with extra steps.
