What this challenge means

The strict rep

Lie with bent knees and feet planted. Raise your torso until it is upright, then lower your back to the floor under control.

Review the full Sit-Ups form guide before the group starts.

The 30-day schedule

  1. Days 1–3: use ten small sets of ten and confirm the same top and bottom positions.
  2. Days 4–7: keep the daily total stable. Increase each set only when control stays consistent.
  3. Days 8–14: use the repeatable split instead of rushing one long set.
  4. Days 15–21: keep the target stable. Rest or reduce it when control disappears.
  5. Days 22–29: repeat the split that preserved control and recovery.
  6. Day 30: complete the final daily total and compare completed days with the group.

Checkpoints along the way

  1. Day 1: agree on the top and bottom positions before counting.
  2. Day 7: check whether each member can repeat the target without rushing.
  3. Day 14: rest or catch up later if control disappears late in the day.
  4. Day 30: finish the final target and compare completed days.
