100 Push-Ups a Day Challenge
The useful version of this challenge is simple: use one clear rep standard and a target you can repeat tomorrow. One hundred is the template, not a universal benchmark.
What this challenge means
This challenge means 100 total push-ups each day. It does not promise 100 consecutive push-ups. Split the daily total into strict sets, or choose a lower target before you start.
The strict rep
Start in a straight-body plank. Lower your chest to a fist's height from the floor, then press to locked arms. Keep the hips in line.

Choose the target, keep the standard
- Choose a daily target you can repeat before you create the challenge.
- Keep floor reps in small sets and stop each set before strict depth disappears.
- Split the target into small sets across the day. The daily total stays the same.
The 30-day schedule
- Days 1–3: use ten small sets of ten, or scale the target before the challenge starts.
- Days 4–7: keep the same daily total and test five sets of twenty only if every rep stays strict.
- Days 8–14: choose the repeatable split. Record completion instead of rushing one long set.
- Days 15–21: keep the target stable. Return to smaller standard sets when floor-rep depth disappears.
- Days 22–29: repeat the split that preserved strict reps and recovery.
- Day 30: complete the final daily total and compare completed days with the group.
Checkpoints along the way
- Day 1: record a calm first attempt and confirm the shared rep standard.
- Day 7: check whether every member can recover and repeat the target.
- Day 14: use smaller standard sets, rest, or catch up later if strict depth starts to disappear.
- Day 30: finish the final daily target and compare consistency, not body changes.
Allena tracks the same daily target for everyone and shows shared progress across the challenge.
