How to do it

Set up

  1. Set the hands under the shoulders and the knees under the hips.
  2. Lift the knees just clear of the floor and keep the back level.

Do the rep

  1. Lift one hand and touch the opposite shoulder without turning the hips.
  2. Return the hand to the floor.
  3. Repeat with the other hand while the knees stay raised.

What counts as a rep

One rep touches the opposite shoulder and returns the hand to the floor; add both hands to one total.
